Request account deletion

If you would like to delete your V for Food account and all associated personal data, you can request this by contacting us directly.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to [email protected]
  2. Include the subject line: "Account deletion request"
  3. Include the email address associated with your account

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile and personal information
  • Tour progress and achievements
  • App preferences and settings

Note: Purchase records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes as required by law.

We will process your deletion request within 30 days and send you a confirmation once your data has been removed.
